"This insurance office really messed me and my son over. I switched from Geico to State Farm to save money. They gave me a quote and before I could start the policy, the quote changed because they updated their policies. So I started a policy with them then they changed their policy again and my price increased. Three months into the policy for The third time they changed it again and decided they could not ensure My son and then made me a quote.and Gave me a deadline to make the decision When I called back to just ensure my vehicle, they decided they could not ensure my car nor my sons car at all and canceled our policy. Furthermore, when I started, they guarantee me that it will not be a lapse in my policy with my former company Geico because their policy changed occurred a day after my policy canceled with Geico and that was a lie. Also now I’m having a hard time getting insurance because of a 24 hour gap in coverage. This is very poor business and very poor Customer Service making promises that they cannot keep worst insurance company ever please beware"
